As the President and the Proxy of the company, we commit to actively promoting gender equality and ensuring that any issues related to gender equality are treated with the utmost seriousness.


Gender Equality Policy

We are committed to providing a discrimination-free work environment. Gender equality is a priority for us in all aspects of the company's operations.


Reporting Procedures

Any issues concerning gender equality can be reported directly to the President or Proxy. We ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of each case.


Training and Awareness

Regular training for all employees will be organized to raise awareness about gender equality and to prevent discrimination.


Recruitment and Career Development

We ensure equal opportunities in the recruitment process and career development for all employees, regardless of gender.


Monitoring and Review

We will regularly monitor our progress in gender equality and conduct reviews of the GEP to ensure its effectiveness.


Actions and Objectives

We will define specific goals and actions to further promote gender equality in our organization. Additional Criteria:

  1. Public GEP: The plan will be published on the company's website and signed by the top management.
  2. Dedicated Resources: Resources (working time, budget) will be allocated for the implementation and monitoring of the GEP.
  3. Data Collection and Monitoring: We will collect and monitor gender-disaggregated data on employees and regularly report progress based on indicators.
  4. Training: Training on gender equality and unconscious biases will be conducted regularly for staff and decision-makers.

  2. Gender balance in leadership and decision-making.
  3. Gender equality in recruitment and career development.
