- Public GEP: The plan will be published on the company's website and signed by the top management.
- Dedicated Resources: Resources (working time, budget) will be allocated for the implementation and monitoring of the GEP.
- Data Collection and Monitoring: We will collect and monitor gender-disaggregated data on employees and regularly report progress based on indicators.
- Training: Training on gender equality and unconscious biases will be conducted regularly for staff and decision-makers.
