As IT DevOps Engineer, you'll get to:
- implement integrations requested by customers
- deploy updates and fixes
- provide technical support
- build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
- perform root cause analysis for production errors
- investigate and resolve technical issues
- develop scripts to automate visualization
- design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
You're definitely a match if you meet these expectations:
- managerial expert level, who can directly interact with the Customer
- AWS, AWS IAM, KMS
- Terraform
- Ansible
- Github Actions
- infrastructure as Code
- guidewire automation experience is additional advantage

- have strong communication skills
