Office Manager

who will join our team.

What is the position about

As an Office Manager you will be responsible for handling administrative and office tasks, i.e.

  • managing secretary’s office
  • handling mail
  • welcoming guests
  • organizing meetings and business trips
  • cooperating with a company providing personnel and salary service
  • cooperating with law department

What is important for us

  • good command of Polish and very good knowledge of English (min. B2)
  • practical knowledge of the MS Office package – mainly MS Excel
  • accuracy, promptness, independence
  • communicativeness, ease of making contacts
