As our Java Tech Lead you’ll get to:

Here’s what you need to succeed in this role:

• at least 6 years of experience in Java development 
• vast experience with Spring Framework, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Gradle, Maven, Mockito, Vavr, Swagger, Slf4j
• experience with microservices and CD/CI pipelines 
• good knowledge of PostgreSQL and REST
• practical knowledge of Git and Git Flow
• being keen on OOP, project patterns, clear code philosophy
• experience in team leading and willingness to develop in this area (motivating, problem solving, etc.) 
• analytical and decision making skills 
• practical knowledge of agile methodology 
• ability to cooperate with the business, knowing how to tackle business and technical aspects so that they work together 
• good command of English enabling smooth communication 
• openness to new solutions and proactive approach to work
